Paris’ first wine bar, opened in 1980, remains a true neighbourhood institution. The Rhone Valley takes pride of place on a generous wine list, where quality is paramount. After forty years of dedicated service, chef François Yon retired in 2021, passing the baton to a team that continues to titillate the tastebuds with energy and boldness. People come back for the atmosphere, but above all for the pleasure of a well-chosen wine.
