Is there still room for innovation in the cocktail game? The latest addition to the Parisian mixo scene shows that you can indeed ‘tap’ into some of those creative vibes. At 15 rue St Sabin, 38 taps have replaced the traditional rows of bottles along the back bar. There’s no fancy stuff here, no twirling shakers or cocktails that take longer to come around than Father Christmas. The Honey Moon is revolutionising the way cocktails are produced and served by only offering a (great) selection of 25 cocktails on tap, including three alcohol-free versions! On top of this, the bar really looks the part with its 1980s disco feel and its multi-coloured neon lights.
