A bistro atmosphere at this spot in the 13th arrondissement, created by Thibault Sombardier, a former Top Chef contestant known to food enthusiasts from his time at Antoine. The place aims to be soft and warm, giving the impression of a well-established table that has been here for years. No fuss when it comes to the food, with hearty dishes like eggs mayo, snails, kidneys, andouillette… all to be paired with a great selection of wines, by the glass or from the list. Be warned: you’ll absolutely fall for the warm chocolate mousse, which pairs perfectly with a full-bodied red wine or a very fine dessert wine.
