Brilliant chef Romain Meder’s first solo venture opened in spring 2025 in the former Garance restaurant. Previously executive chef to Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée, he regales here with his signature style and sensitive, intuitive repertoire that draws inspiration from nature’s wildest bounty – from berries to forgotten roots and from herbs to little-known plants. The dinner menu is generous and indulgent. All the wines are French, with a biodynamic/natural slant, meticulously sourced by Vincent Cochard, the former head sommelier at the Arpège. Menus €65-85 (lunch, 2 or 3 courses) and €145-165 (5 or 7 courses).
