Omar Dhiab

This beautiful Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Paris offers a delightful flavour-filled journey. Guests enter through the kitchen, greeting the brigade before settling into a tasteful Art Deco setting. With its bench seats and cosy alcoves, the atmosphere is warm and the dishes are shaped by the Chef’s memories of family cooking. Highlights include the exquisite blue-cooked Dhiab lobster and the crisp sweetbreads that make the perfect finger food. The beautifully crafted wines are selected by Margaux Angibault’s finely-honed palate. She loves nothing better than to share stories of our beloved winegrowers, both at the restaurant and on social media.
