How we love the 11th arrondissement! On the site of the former Chambre Noire stands Les Œillets, the local natural-wine-focused bar. Maxime Dardeau and Solal Martin-Gondard combine their talents to skilfully source outstanding wines. On the food side, resident chefs (Paola Michel, Julien Sebbag, Hasan Sahin…) shake up conventions and add that special touch to every wine. It’s young, trendy and most importantly, top quality!
