Le Cornichon

With its 1950s vintage posters and ancient vegetable engravings on the wall, this new-generation bistro is a treat! Taken over in 2020 by Sébastien Dagoneau (formerly at the Guy Martin workshop, Lucas Carton, Le Grand Véfour), the Chef loves to work with whole fish and produce sourced directly from farms in his native Perche region. Veal shoulder cooked for over 3 and a half hours, guinea fowl cooked in a crock with morel sauce… For dessert, the crunchy choux stuffed with bourbon vanilla cream is to die for. Organic and natural wines with some rarities. Lunchtime fixed option for €34 and set menu for €35. Evening set menu for €42.
