Take a pop at classic bistro specials like oeuf en meurette, sweetbread and foie gras pâté en croute and wild Burgundy snails for starters, then move on to mains like Angus skirt steak tartare, matured rib steak (by request) or crispy pork with buttered cabbage and a Port sauce. More choice? How about the roast freerange poultry with parsley oyster mushrooms and Vin Jaune sauce, or roast milk-fed lamb with Paimpol beans?
