This legendary restaurant is housed on the 6th floor and thus offers panoramic views over Paris, overlooking the Seine and Notre-Dame. The chef Yannick Franques reinvents the Tour classics, meshing past with present in each dish. The cellar is just as remarkable, featuring nearly 300,000 bottles. Incredible!
