Josie par Rosette

Josie, in Clichy, is the loyal younger sibling to the Rosette restaurant. Here is a wine bar that makes a statement but without overdoing it, where people put the world to rights over generous plates for sharing (stone bass carpaccio with romesco sauce or ox cheek brawn with tartare sauce) alongside an eclectic selection of wines – niche bottles and classics, from France and beyond. The spirit of the parent establishment is replicated but in a rockier, more untamed and instinctive style. Both though, are full of feeling, as they like to put it.
