Opened in 2025 by 2022, France’s Best Sommelier Xavier Thuizat, Grapille is already a secret destination for wine aficionados. Every glass tells the story of the sommelier’s personal vision and every month, some twenty stellar wines replace the previous selection, chosen with equal parts rigour and sensitivity. Each selection reflects his latest finds, his keen eye and love of sharing. In this intimate, refined setting, visitors can explore the ever-changing list introducing them to rare and prestigious wines, without having to buy a full bottle.
