This small Michelin-starred venue is big on quality with a truly impressive wine list. Chef Sylvain Sendra is a devotee of fine produce and great wines, and it shows. The dishes offer excellent value for money, especially considering the origin of some products, like the vegetables from renowned local market gardener Yamashita. The menus too are very reasonably priced, both for lunch and dinner. Guests enjoy pairing the plates of this talented chef with bottles that are sometimes hard to find.
