With marble tables, plush velvet bench seats and Art nouveau lamps, this elegant 1900-style bistro champions indulgent cuisine for sharing – with a vegan twist! It aims to reconcile appetising flavours with plant-based foods inspired by Bourgeois culinary traditions – stuffed cabbage, crispy pork croquettes, Puy-style rillettes and glazed cardoon shoots.
