Mirroring the simplicity of its name, Cuisine serves ultra-honed, bistro-style dishes with a Japanese twist produced by the chef Takao Inazawa in a modernised, retro setting. In the wine department, his alter ego Benoît Simon – who did a stint at the Châteaubriand – is pulling the strings behind the very natural-focused wine list.
