Cravan

Cravan is located in a 17th-century building in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris’s historic literary quarter. Designed as a true multi-level living space, it features three cocktail bars – each with its own distinct identity blending art, fashion, cinema and literature – as well as a revisited Rizzoli NY bookstore-turned-cultural-salon. Balance and minimalism define the style of the drinks, shaped by the creative standards of Franck Audoux and Moët Hennessy. Small plates come with the drinks and the lucky few are treated to a scenic bandstand on the rooftop – the ideal location for sipping a cocktail overlooking the Paris skyline.
