CopperBay Lancaster

Two previous forays – one in Paris, the other in Marseilles – have now been followed by a third venue for the CopperBay. Set in the Hotel Lancaster, rue de Berri, the latest venture marks one of the first collaborations between an independent cocktail bar and a luxury Parisian hotel. The team retains its original spirit, though, crafting bold drinks with Mediterranean inspiration designed to be savoured in the sophisticated setting of a luxury hotel. Afterwards, there is the Monsieur Lancaster gourmet restaurant for a brilliant end to the journey.
