Bubble Bliss

One of a kind, Bubble Bliss stands as Paris’ only bar devoted entirely to Champagne. Set in the heart of Saint-Germain, bubbles reign supreme here on the impressive 300-strong list and counting which reflects the depth and breadth of Champagne vineyards. Chef Damien Dussac keeps the magic going with his elaborate tapas and tasting menu crafted around subtle Champagne and food pairings. The chef’s signature dish – milk-fed veal with creamed carrots and Port jus – was our firm favourite and an absolute treat.
