After stints at Lasserre and the George V, Manon Negretti-Guichard champions spontaneous, generous, revisited bourgeois cuisine. Her lunch menu changes weekly. The dinner menu is more extensive and a tasting menu is also available, featuring centrepiece dishes for sharing, rare delicacies when in season (truffle, lobster…) and a selection of cheeses. To celebrate these, Antoine, her partner, is on hand to offer advice for choosing among a hundred or so organic wines, including a small selection of natural wines.
