Almost centenary nostalgic bistro, and retro atmosphere are on the agenda of this spot of the Marais, livened up by Edouard Vermynck and chef Geoffrey Langella. The latter, son of butcher and meat specialist, offers traditional dishes with a twist. On the wine side: focus on naturals, with a prevalence of Beaujolais and its surroundings. And from 11pm onwards: its bar time!
