The joint brainchild of Rémy Savage, Marc Puzzuoli and the legendary Moudoulaud twins, Bar Nouveau is a gentle escape in a rough world, its two floors offering striking contrasts. This is a journey through time, or at least through the Art Nouveau era. Beyond its impeccably polished aesthetics, what truly moves you is the warm, larger-than-life welcome that pulses to the sounds of the 1980s. The menu is short – just six cocktails with variations depending on the floor – but the drinks are impressive (and gloriously vintage).
