A Mi‑Chemin

Nordine Labiadh likes to keep his menu short and sweet, showcasing French regions and seasonal produce with some subtle nods to his native Tunisia. His wife Virginie oversees the wine cellar and front-of-house and was one of the first in Paris to introduce natural wines – back in 1998! Menu staples include milk-fed veal terrine and gherkins for starter followed by octopus and cuttlefish couscous with butternut, cabbage and fennel (one of the best in Paris) or Lozère lamb tagine. A small room can be reserved for private functions, ideal for business dinners.
