Tina Meyer is a wine journalist, food and restaurant critic, and filmmaker, blending expertise with humour. Winner of the 2024 Bold Woman Award from the Veuve Clicquot Foundation, she brings a fresh perspective to the worlds of wine and gastronomy through her investigations, in-depth features for GEO, regular columns and broadcast programmes. Formerly Head of Food & Wine at Time Out Paris and Cuisine & Vins de France, she now collaborates with the MICHELIN Guide, Club Œnologique and GEO. A programme creator and documentary filmmaker, she has notably hosted “Presse-moi la grappe!” and directed the cult documentary Punkovino for Arte.TV.

After beginning her career in the restaurant industry, Lucie quickly shifted her focus to the world of cocktails, developing her expertise in renowned Parisian bars such as Apicius, Bespoke and Combat, where she became a bar manager. She then left the bar scene to take on the role of St-Germain Brand Ambassador, a position that offered her three years of travel, encounters and creative work centred around this iconic liqueur. Now working independently, Lucie is fully dedicated to mixology. She collaborates with Fever-Tree on various projects and has developed a dual activity combining events and cocktail content creation on Instagram.

Originally from the Touraine region, Alexis trained in sommellerie under M.O.F. Sommelier Christian Pechoutre. He spent over ten years working as a sommelier in prestigious establishments, notably with Alain Ducasse in Paris and at The St. Regis Bora Bora alongside Jean-Georges, where he deepened his knowledge of wines from around the world. In 2019, he opened La Cave d’Alex in Nanterre, a welcoming venue dedicated to the discovery of wines and spirits, and was awarded the title of Best Young Wine Merchant in France in 2020. Beyond retail, Alexis hosts workshops, tastings and masterclasses, sharing his passion for wine with both enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
