This spot in the Marais district is both a butcher’s store and a wine merchant’s-cum-eatery. It focuses on quality meats selected by the butcher, Louis-Marie Martin, which are prepared so that they can be savoured on location. To go with them is a stellar range of natural wines which is equally impressive.
