Soces, run by Kevin Deulio, serves a seafood-style menu produced by chef Marius de Ponfilly. Between the bistro’s exposed stone walls and mouldings, the enterprising, elaborate surf-inspired cuisine cosies up to the gems from the cellar skilfully sourced from small, sustainable producers.
