Jean-Luc André opened it 25 years ago, and now Lucie Boursier-Mougenot and Luca Danti are in charge of this warm place with its intimate atmosphere and candlelight. The wine list is eclectic, with only one watchword: oenologists that worry about their vines and the quality of their wines. Nowadays, 200 references shine on the menu, with an astonishing selection of champagne.
