Opened at the end of 2022 by the chef Maxime Bouttier in a small town house, Geosmine aims to be a space for meeting people and for sharing some conversations and passion for gourmet food. The wine list produced by Vincent Glaymann takes imbibers on a journey from region to region, illustrating the myriad techniques and processes used in vineyards and wineries.
