Created by Joseph Flocon, this namesake restaurant serves contemporary, thoughtful French cuisine. On the drinks side, it offers a wide selection of biodynamic wines with a large proportion of natural wines. Right next door is the restaurant’s boutique where patrons can taste wines and take home their favourites.
