After his restaurant Petit Gris, Jean-Baptiste Ascione (member of Top Chef 2015) is now opening his wine and tapas bar where over 100 references of natural wines of all colors are coming along small platters to share. The team members could catch us by surprise sometimes, taking out some original bottles from the cellar depending on their mood.
