The bar of the – not very old – concept store Drinks & Co has already started burrowing out a place for itself on the French mixo scene. And what a place it is! A crazy 500m2 space dedicated to wines, spirits and alcohol-free drinks. The bar rolls out an ingenious ‘mirror drinks list’ so that patrons can indulge in cocktails at any time of the day, with or without alcohol, but invariably made to a (very) high standard.
